Revisiting Ilocos
Sunday, September 7th, 2008Excitement is the least I would expect when I went to Ilocos having been there a couple of times before. Maybe it’s the company of the Elite WPPP probationary photographers that makes me comfortable since we have the same interest. It was 3 days of fun, good view, good food and good company.
